Hello

I am married to the love of my life, Michael, and I have one son, three bonus daughters, and six grandchildren.  I grew up in the West End of Richmond where I graduated from Jefferson-Huguenot-Wythe High School (Jefferson Bldg).  After high school I graduated from Virginia Union University with a BSA and Strayer University with a MBA with a concentration in Finance.
 
I am currently a Senior Pricing Analyst for a large food distributor. I work with numbers in analyzing competitive data and problem solving for customers.  I enjoy working with my customers to get them the” best bang for their buck”.  It’s my responsibility to ensure they are competitive in their markets as well as providing them with accurate pricing on their shelves.

I enjoy event planning, singing, and spending time with my family. I love attending Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, where I have been a member all my life.  I am also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  As a wife of a truck driver, I also love traveling over the road. When I retire, it’s my goal to own a RV and travel the country.  I’m not into camping, but a nice luxury RV is my dream!!

I’ve been a member of Women Minded since 2022 and am truly enjoying being with these caring, loving and very supportive ladies.  Bringing fundraising ideas to the group is what I’ve been tasked to do.

Being a part of Women Minded has allowed me to meet new people and have new experiences.  Providing service to others is a passion of mine.  Being able to contribute to the community through service with these ladies is very important and fulfilling.
